1/3 cup cooking tallow
- 1/4 cup water

2 eggs
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon milk
- White decorating gel
Directions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature specified on the brownie mix box.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, cooking tallow, water, and eggs. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased 9x9-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for the time indicated on the brownie mix box, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the powdered sugar and cocoa powder.
- Add the softened butter and milk to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Once the brownies are cooled, spread the cocoa buttercream frosting over the top.
- Use the white decorating gel to pipe the football design onto the frosted brownies.
- Allow the frosting to set before cutting into small squares and serving.
