Ingredients
-
2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the wings from the marinade and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While the wings are cooking in the air fryer, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Transfer the partially cooked wings to the preheated grill and grill for an additional 5-7 minutes per side, until they are crispy and charred.
- Remove from grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces or seasonings.
