Ingredients
- 1 lb Flourish & Roam ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 croissants
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 1/2 cup diced pickles or relish
- Halloween cookie cutters
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onions until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles or relish.
- Slice the croissants in half and use Halloween cookie cutters to cut fun shapes from the top halves.
