Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup salsa
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
- Once the ground beef is fully cooked and the spices are evenly distributed, remove from heat.
- Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Evenly sprinkle the cooked ground beef over the chips.
- Sprinkle both shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the ground beef.
