These boxes are an 1/8 of an entire cow- the cuts can vary slightly but they will always include a representative yield and quality cuts with an 1/8th beef. 

What’s included in 1/8 beef:

38 pounds dry aged ground beef

3 Bone-In Ribeyes

2 New York Strips

2 Filets

2+ pounds of short ribs

2 sirloin steaks

1 Flank, Skirt or Flat Iron

1 stew meat

1 Quarter brisket

2 Roasts 

3 Denver and 2 Chuckeye steaks or 1 small roast chuck roast

You have the option to select either NY Strips & Filets OR Porterhouse & T-Bones as well as exchanging 10lbs of Ground Beef for 10 packs of 1/3 pre-made beef patties. 

How it works: You purchase this 1/8 Beef Share today and it we'll ship it directly from our ranch to your door in 2 big boxes Or Select Ranch Pickup/ local delivery.

Freezer Space: This 1/8 Beef Share will require approx. 2-3 cubic ft. of freezer space. We recommend a deep freezer for beef shares to maintain the temperature integrity and quality of the beef.

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.

What is included in the price? We cover all expenses - the cost of raising the cow, transportation to/from the processor, all butcher/processing costs and extended dry-aging.

Do you have beef bones and offal available? Yes - please contact us if you'd like beef bones for broth or organ meat and we will include it for FREE with your beef share purchase.
